After Hours Service Improved
We are pleased to inform that our phone line will now be answered by registered nurses when our surgery is closed.
Instead of being diverted directly to the Pegasus 24 hour surgery your call will be answered by a Registered Nurse at HML Nurse-Led Telephone Triage.
The Registered Nurse will be able to provide advice if you are feeling unwell and help you to access medical care if you require it. If you need to be seen by a doctor the registered nurses at HML will refer you to the appropriate service.
We hope that this extension to our service will provide improved support and access to the best care during the times we are unable to provide it to you ourselves.
