Making an appointment

Every effort will be made to ensure that you get the apointment time that you have requested; if this is not possible you will be informed and we will work with you to ensure a mutually suitable booking.

If you do have multiple concerns that you would like to discuss with the doctor or nurse, and have a rough idea of how long this may take, please assist us by submitting a realistic booking request. If you need a double booking please request this. This does incur an extra fee but it is in our best interest to do a great job for you. So help us to help you.

If you are an enrolled patient with us, you will realise our base fee is low. It is a user pay system; so if extra procedures are required an extra fee will be charged so we can do the best for your needs. We believe this to be the fairest system so that you are not subsidising other people's consultations. We want you to have value for the money you pay so discuss any concerns you have with us. We are here to help .

Please note our terms

The payment is for the time taken by the doctor, not the outcome.

The fee is discounted if paid at the time of the appointment. Or you may pay the normal fee later, when invoiced.

This service is for standard doctors' consultations only. In acute cases dial 111, or if there is uncertainty please phone the surgery.
