We are grateful for your support and would appreciate any feedback. See you there!

Belfast surgery hours remains the same - OPEN 6 DAYS.

We want to keep the cost to you as low as possible, payment is required at the time of consultation.

Objective

Belfast North MEDIQUAL™ has identified barriers to healthcare for our enrolled population. We seek to reduce these barriers by improving access to services. This will be done through:

  1. the delivery of a 'Healthcare Programme', at three Community Health Clinics situated in Bryndwr, the north end of Manchester Street and in Papanui.
  2. working co-operatively with other agencies (referred to as 'Help Agencies') -- to provide services that meet the needs of this population, for example, Plunket, Arthritic Society..

The strategy to achieve this is to network with other agencies in the local areas. The mutual goal will be to improve patient support networks and thereby enhance patient wellness.

General Principles

  • To identify other supports and services required and refer patients to appropriate service providers e.g. budgeting advice.
  • To work with other agencies to make a positive difference in the community
  • To promote the family unit

Notes

  1. No casual GMS subsidy will be claimed for patients seen at the clinics i.e. patients not enrolled at Belfast MEDIQUAL™
  2. Casual patients will be encouraged to return to their own GP.
