ANZAC DAY
We are closed for Thursday 25 April (Anzac Day) and Friday 26 April . Our staff work hard and so we are having a long weekend. We will be open again on Monday 29 April from 8.30 am.
TRAVEL VACCINATIONS
We are a one-stop Travel Medicine Clinic for anyone going overseas. We are Yellow Fever Accredited. Contact Reception today on 03 3236789 and book in – Same Day appointments are available for Urgent Travel and within 2-3 days for Non-Urgent.
FLU VACCINES ARE AVAILABLE NOW.
We have the Advanced Flu Vaccines for both over 65 and under 65 available (privately funded) and we have the regular Flu Vaccine.
The Advanced Flu Vaccines are $35 for over 65’s (FluAd Quad) and $30 for Under 65s (FluCelVax Quad).
Regular Flu vaccine is $25 for those not eligible for a Free vaccine.
All children under the age of 18 that are registered with us can have their vaccines for No Charge (must be given at our surgery for it to be no charge)

We are connected to Practice Plus. When we are unable to see you – book an appointment online with Practice Plus by clicking their logo below or going to https://m.practiceplus.nz
Practice Plus is a New Zealand registered company where patients can go online and book a telehealth appointment with registered GP’s. They are available from 8 am- 10 pm weekdays or 8 am-8 pm weekends.
Cost for a consultation is:
Adults (14+): Without CSC $68 | With CSC 19.50
Child (13 and under): Without CSC $55 | With CSC $19.50
Covid-19
Masks are no longer compulsory in the surgery. We do ask that if you have any flu-like symptoms to wear a mask. Masks are available at reception for anyone who wants to wear one. Our staff are able to choose whether or not to wear one. Remember to Be Kind and Be Considerate.
If you have any of the Covid-19 or Flu-like symptoms Please phone reception when you arrive and wait in your car. Remember these symptoms are: Cough, Cold, Sore throat and can include an upset stomach as well.
If you are unwell we ask that you undertake a Covid-19 RAT test the same day as your appointment, prior to coming to the surgery or to arrive 15 minutes early for one of our nurses to do this for you.
ENROLMENT:
Our Enrolment books are currently closed. We are unable to accept new enrolments at this time.
Cancelling and Re-Scheduling Appointment Policy:
We understand that everyone’s time is valuable; so you can cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment you may be charged a cancellation/no show fee of $19.50.
If you wish to cancel, please phone reception on 03 323 6789.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are more than 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time you will be considered as a no show and may be charged the cancellation/no show fee for your missed appointment and you will need to rebook your appointment.
We have a Zero Tolerance Policy at our surgery. We will not tolerate aggressive, rude, or abusive behaviour towards our staff and patients.
If a person has verbally or physically abused a team member, or displayed threatening and disruptive behaviour, it may be necessary to ask the patient to leave and/or terminate the patient’s enrolment.
